9) Feel good about owning your possessions
Let’s be honest…the American Dream isn’t about growing up, renting a house, and leasing a car. It’s about ownership. Not only does it feel good to say that you own your house and your car, you are also gaining equity with each payment. The only time a lease is a good idea is if you have the money to continuously make car payments without ever landing on a day where you’ve paid the vehicle off.
