10 Wealthiest Neighborhoods in Florida

10) South Beach

South Beach, or SoBe as it’s nicknamed, has a population close to 40,000, with a per-capita income of $90,938. Known as much for its nightlife as it is for the beaches, South Beach is a favorite location for tourists, especially those wanting to party all day and night. In addition to raking in tourist dollars, South Beach also has the 10th highest per-capita in Florida and is also known to some of the nicest mansions in Florida. It’s one of the best places to spot a celebrity in Florida, and for that matter the entire country. While single-family homes are difficult to come by, extravagant condominiums are common. South Beach is more a town of the young and party-friendly celebs such as the Kardashians, and a wealth of athletic talent. Aside from the toned bodies and bikini-clad women, it’s hard to ignore the fact that South Beach has money, and plenty of people who make it.
