Some of those groups include the March of Dimes, Kiwanis clubs, Rotary clubs, and Lions Clubs International can be helpful when it comes to acquiring reconditioned or new hearing aids at a discounted price or free of charge depending on your income. If you served in the military and at least one-half of your hearing loss is the result of your military service, check with the U.S. Veterans Administration as they may be able to get your hearing aids free of charge.
