Vinings, a town in Cobb County in northern Georgia, has a population of approximately 9,700 people. The town occupies an area of 3.3 square miles. The majority of residents are between ages 25 and 44, with 30 being the median age. The per capita income in Vinings is $61,083, but men tend to have a higher income than women. Just over 5% of the population is under the poverty line, but only 4.9% of residents are unemployed, which is lower than Georgia’s overall unemployment rate.
